SECTION. I . All vehicles shall be brought to a full stop at
the following places in the City of Jefferson$
On Walnut Street before entering kcCarty Street.
On McCArty Street before entering Walnut Street. ,.
On Highway No. 50 before entering the intersection of IcCarty
and Walnut Streets.
The Street Commissioner shall erect such signs as the Council
by motion may direct, in order to notify persons of the effect of this
Ordinance.
Any person failing- to bring vehicles to full stop as here-
inbefore directed at the above mentioned Street intersections shall
be deemed guilty of a, misdemeanor and up•-n conviction shall be fined
not less than three dollars nor more than one hundred dollars, or
imprisoned in the County jail for not more than thirty days.

SECTION. I. That the City Qouncil of the City of Jefferson,
Iuissouri, hereby declares and ordaines that it deems it necessary
for sanitary purposes and for the health and comfort of its inhabi-
tants of the City to establish a, Sewer District to be known as Sewer
District No . 54 , and said District to be established with location
and boundaries as follows; Beginning at a point on the Westerly line
of Outlot No . .83, - 100 feet Southerly front the Northwesterly corner
thereof; thence Easterly paraller with the Iortherly 'line of said
Outlot to a point 230 feet Easterly of the Easterly line of Chestnut
Street; thence Southerly parallel with Chestnut Street to the Uouth-
erly line of lots 25 and 30 Block 5 of Wagner Place; thence Easterly
to a point on the Southerly line ' of Lot 25 Block 5 Wagner Place, 30'
feet Westerly of the southeasterly corner of said lot; thence North-
erl.y parallel with the Westerly line of Wagner Place to the South-
erly line of Oakwood Drive; thence Northerly to the Southeasterly
corner of lot 25 Block 6 Wagner Place; thence Northerly to the North-
easterly corner of said lot 25; thence Westerly to the Northwesterly
corner of said lot; thence Northerly parallel with the Nesterly line
of Wagner Place, 38.7 fees;; thence Westerly parallel with 6akwood
Drive to the Westerly line of Wagner Place in Block 6 of said
Subdivision; thence Northerly to the Southeast corner of lot 13
Block 7 Wagner Place; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of
Block 7 to the Easterly line of Chestnut Street; thence Southerly
along the Easterly line of Chestnut Street to a point that is 100
feet Northerly of the Northerly line of Outlot No .27; thence Westerly
parallel with the Southerly line of Outlot No . 27 to the `iesterly
line of Outlot No. 27; thence Southerly along the ~Westerly line of
Outlots 27 and 83 to the point of beginning.
SECTION. 2 . All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION. 3 . This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
