Mayor. NO. 3422. AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL SECTION 150 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON' FOR 19259 RELATING TO TAX ON DOGS, 4ND TO ENACT.' A NEW SECTION TO BE ENOWN AS SECTION 150 RELATING TO THE SAIM SUBJECT. BE IT EITAC TED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION. I. Section 150 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson for 1925, be and the same is hereby repealed, and a, new Section enacted in lieu thereof to be known as Section 150 and to read as follows: SECTION. 150. On the first konday in the Yonth of July of ; each year and every year hereafter, an anngal tax of one dollar shall be due and payable by the owner thereof on each dog, then of the age of three Months or over, and then kept within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson• raid. tax shall be payable to the City Collector for the use of the City. AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SE'YERS IN SEWER DISTRICT NO. 54, IN THE CITY OF JErPb.-,ON, tISSOURI . BE IT ORDAINEI) BY THE CITY COUNCIL 01' `i'HE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS: SECTION. I . That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, ZAissouri , hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health and comfort of the inhabitants of the City, and for sanitary purposes that there must be constructed as soon as possible, in Sewer District . No. 54 , as established by Ordinance, a sanitary sewer, and it is ordered that the same be made and constructed without unnecessary delay, that the said district sewer be connected with and into the Man Hole at Stotion 27 plus 23 on the 6outh Lain Sewer. SECTION. 2. That said sewer shall begin in the center of Oakwood Drive, 28 feet Easterly of the Easterly line of lot 27 of Block 5 Wagner Place; thence 'desterly along the center line of Oakwood Drive, 228 feet ; thence turning an angle of 69 degrees and
