SECTION. 3. Said Sewer shall be constructed of standard
glazed sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans and
specifications of the City Engineer and constructed In all respects
as provided by Ordinance.
SECTION. 4 . This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force

SEIZR DISTRICT NO. 53 , IN THE CITY OF JEFFEI1a0N, LISSCURI .

11ISSCURI, AS FOLLOWS.
SECTION. I. That the City Council of the City. of Jefferson
blissouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health
and comfort of the inhabitants of the City, and for sanitary purposes
that there must be constructed as soon as possible, in Sewer District
No . 53, as Established by Ordinance, a sanitary s.errer, and it is
ordered that the same be made and constructed without unnecessary
delay that the said district sewer be connected with and into the
Manhole at the intersection of the center line of the alley, between
Elm and Liller Streets , at the center line of Broadway Dtreet.
SECTION. 2. That said server shall begin at the intersection
of the center line of the alley between Elm and Miller Streets , at the
center line of Broadway Street; thence Easterly along the center line
of the public alley 340 feet .
SECTION. 3. Said Sewer shall be constructed of standard
glazed sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans and
specifications of the City Engineer and constructed in all respects
as provided by Ordinance.
SECTION. 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force fromâ–º and after its passage and approval.
