attested and recorded by the dity Clerk and delivered. to W. L. galls
the 'ontractor of the work of construction of the aforesaid sewers
as provided and required by the Charter of the City of Jefferson and
the Ordinances authorizing and ordering, the construction of sewers in
said Sewer District No . 52 heretofore passed and approved by the
Council.
SECTICN. 4 . This `rdinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passe.ge and ap :lroval.

CF KANSAS STREET FRCP THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE OF DUNKLIN STREET TO
THE SCUTH CURB LINE OF ST. YARY'S BLVD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF '1'HF CITY OF Jl;l'1'TRSUIT,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I . That the grade line of the roadway of Kansas
Street from the North property line of Dunklin Street to the South
curb line of St . Mary's Boulevard, in the City of Jefferson, 1�issouri,
be and is hereby established as followss Beginning; at the North
property line of Dunklin Street at the center line of Kansas Street
where the elava.tion of the grade, shall be 131.00; thence North on
a uniform grade along and with the center line of Kansas Street,
402. feet, where the elevation of the grade shall be 144.00 thence
20 feet where the elevation of the grade shall be 144 .50; thence
38 feet , where the elevation of the grade shall be, 147.50; thence
350 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall
be, 190.60; thence 17 feet to the �euth curb line of St . 11ary's
Boulevard, where the elevation of the grade is 191.00.
SECTICN. 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances contrary
to in conflict or inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance
are hereby repealed.
SECTICN. 3 . This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

matter in the City of Jefferson, and transporting said garbage and
refuse vegetable and animal matter from place to place in Jeffers+on
City, or from Jefferson City to
