Northerly cu.~b line of Atchison Street, all of said improvement being; within the limits of sprinkling oiling, repairing, surfacing and resurfacinE; -District No. Ten (10) of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, the number of front feet owned by each owner or owners and contained in the lots or tracts of land so owned and abutting Said block or street, the cost price per front foot for said improvement and the amount thereby levied and assessed as a special tax for said improvement against each lot or piece of ground fronting said roadway of said Street aforesaid is as follows: SECTION. 4 . That the City clerk is hereby instructed to make out special tax bills in favor of Louis Brunner,- for the within mentioned work in accordance with the Ordinances of the Gity of Jefferson, Idissouri, relative to said kind of work in accordance with the Charter of said City in rer;ard to said work, and according to the Statutes of the State of Missouri , as made and privided. ORDAINED ilTHE, COUNCIL OF THE CITY TY OF JEIFLRS ON, AS I T F'OLLOWs SECTION. I . That paragraph (b) and Paragraph ( c) of Section 884 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson, 1925, be and the same are hereby repealed, and two new paraFra.phs enacted in Lieu thereof to be known as paragraph (b) and Paragraph (c ) respectively of Section 8£34 . (B) . In all other parts of the City, thirty (30) miles per hour. (C) . The Mayor shall cause signs to be erected at all points ' where traveled roads enter the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, on which there shall be painted in' black letters not less than four (4 ) inches hip-h and one ( I) inch wide on* a white background the words.- "City ,Limits."
