BIXTIC11. 2. % ithin two dn,y:i after the pa.asnr.e cf this
Ordinance, the City Clerk shall place in the hands of the City
Marshal a certified copy of this Ordinance, and said City La,rsha.l
shall serve or cause to be served a copy of this Ordinance on the
owner or owners above mentioned, by delivering a cony hereof to said
owner or owners or by leaving it with some member of his fa.nily over
the age of 15 years, making his return on another copy of said
Ordinance, which copy shall be filed in the office of the city Clerk .

SECTION. 3. In the event the owner or owners above named
fail' to construct said sidewalk as above directed, then the pity of
Jeffersop, under the power and authority given it by its Charter and
Ordinances will construct slid sidewalk and will issue a special tax
bill against said property for the cost of the construction of said
sidewalk, which said special tax bill will be a lien against the
property above described.
SECTION. 4 . This Crdinance shall take effect and be in
force from and. after its passage and approval.

SECTICIT. I . That a sidewalk of cersent concrete material ,
four feet in width , two feet back from back of curb, on the Worth
side of Dunklin Street between Broadway and 1-alberry Streets, and
abutting 33.3 feet on bunklin Street owned by Henry Schneider, being
lot 6 Subdivision of Inlot 792, be constructed and built within thirty
days from the service of a cony of this Crdinance on the owner of the
property hereinabove described.

Ordinance, the lity Clark shall place in the hands of the City
Marshal a certified copy of this Crdinance, and said City I:arsbal
shall serve or cause to be served a copy of this Crdinance on the
owner or owners above mentioned, by delivering a copy hereof to said

the age of 15 years, raking, his return on another copy of said
Crdinance, which copy shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk.
