FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I . That a sidewalk of cement concrete tiaterial,
four feet in width, two feet back from back of curb on the North side
of Dunklin Street, between 7roadway and I,_ulberry Streets and abutting
95 feet on Dunklin Street, owned by Home Building & Loan Assn. ,
being; the South part of Inlot 791. Sidewalk to start at the vilest
curb line on }„ulberry Street, be constructed and built within thirty
days from the service of a copy of this Ordinance on the owner of
the property hereinabove described.
SECTION. 2. Within two days after the passage of this
Ordinance, the City Clerk shall place in the hands of the City' Marshal
a certified copy of this Ordinance, and said Uity 1arshal shall serve
or cause to be served a copy of this Ordinance on the owner or owners
above mentioned, by delivering a copy hereof to said owner or owners
or by leaving it with some member of his family over the age of 15
years, making his return on another copy of said Ordinance, which
copy shall be filed in the office of the Uity Clerk,
SECTION. 3 . In the event the owner or owners above named
fail to construct said sidewalk as above directed, then the City of
Jefferson, i.,nder the power and authority given it by its Charter and
Ordinances will construct"' said sidewalk and will issue a special tax
bill against said property for the cost of the construction of said
sidewalk, which said special tax bill will be a lien against the
property above described.
SECTICN. 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.

four feet in width 2.5 feet back from back of curb, on the %youth
side of Dunklin Street, between Broadway and Lulberry Streets, and
abutting; 38 feet on Dunklin Street owned by Cornellia J. Watts, being
a part of Inlot 891, be constructed and built within thirty days
from the service of a copy of this Ordinance on the owner of the
property hereinabove described.
SECTICN. 2• Within two days after the passage of this
Ordinance, the City Clerk shall place in the hands of the Uity
Marshal a certified copy of this Ordinance and said City Idarshal shall
serve or cause to be served a cop; of this Ordinance on the owner or
owners above Mentioned, by delivering a copy hereof to said owner or
owners or by leaving it with some riember of his far.:ily over the age
of 15 years, making his return on another copy of said Ordinance,
which copy shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk.
