SECTION- 3 . In the event the owner or oviners above named

tax bill apainst said property for the cost of the construction of

SEC'1'7CN. I . That the jresent sidewalk abutting the property
herein described is hereby condemned and ordered removed and that a
sidewalk of cerient concrete r.iaterial, seven feet in width, four feet
back from face of curb, on the East side of 11adison Street, between
L`cCarty and I-iller Streets , and abutting 24 .75 feet on Liadison Street
owned by Maud LePage, beino lots 10 of Subdivision of Inlot 597 be
constructed and built within thirty days from the service of a ccpy
of this Ordinance on the c•,.,ner of the property hereinabove described .
SI CTICi�r. 2. 14ithin two days after the passage of this
Or..linance, the City Clark shall place in the hands of the City Liarshal
a certified copy of this Ordinance, a.nd said City Marshal shall serve
or cause to be served a. copy of this Ordinance on the oviner or owners
above mentioned, by delivering a ccpy hereof to said owner or owners
or by leaving it with some ineinber of his family over the age of 15
years , making his return on another copy of said Ordinance, which
copy shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk.
SECTMIT. 3 . In the event the owner or owners above named

Jefferson, under the pcwer and authority t., iven it by its charter and
Crdinances, will construct said sidewalk and will issue a special
tax bill against said property for the cost of the construction of
said .sidewalk, which said special tax bill will be a lien against
the property above described.
