SFCTIC?T. 3. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to proceed
at once to naa.ke out special tnx bills under the sen.l of the City of
Jefferson, Yissouri, of the aforesaid anounts agn.inst said lots or
pieces of land in the aforesaid Sevier District Iio . 54 situated,
mentioned and described in the heretofore mentioned sections of this
Ordinance in the name of the ownr�r or ovrn( rs thereof, V,rhich said
special and certified tax bills shall be signed by the 1,_ayor and
attested and r(-.,corded. by the City Clerk and delivered to W. L. 'iValls
the Contractor of the %work of construction of the aforesaid sevaers
as provided and required. by the Charter of the pity of Jefferson
and the Ordinances authorizing and ordering the construction of
sewers in said Sevier I)istric•t TTo . 54 , heretofore passed and approved
by the Council.
