SECTIGN. I . There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate
and cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this
Ordinance, against the 'hest 70 feet of the Scuth part of Inlot 791
in the City of Jefferson , I.:issouri, for the improvement of ,the side=
walk, the' sure of ,x61.20 a,s the total costs of the irnprovenlent and the
number of front feet fronting or abutting said Inlot 791 amount to
70 runninE; feet; the cost price per running feat of walk is �0.68.
SECTICIT. 2 . Far the pur;;ose of paying said improvement of
said sidewalk along the West 70 feet of the Sout?, part of Inlot 791
there is hereby levied and assessed the sur: of wG .68 as a special.
tax against each front foot of ground fronting; or abutting said Inl.ot
791 aforesaid.

out special tax bills in favor of the Contractor Louis Wolff for the
