SECTIC'id. I . There is hers by levied and assessed at the rate
and cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this
Ordinance, against a part of Inlot ,qP9 and f,91" , fronting; 1:,0 feet on
Dunklin Street and runninr; back Soutller. l,y 33 feet . The 'dent line co-
inciding with the '.,lest line of Inlot , F?.£;9 , in the City of Jefferson,
]:'.issouri , in the City of Jefferson , Lissouri, for the improvenent of
the sidewalk, the sure of $86.40 as the total costs of the improvement
of and the number of front feet fronting; or abutting said Inlot 889
& P90 amount to 1?0 runninf; feet; the cost price per running; foot of
walk is
SECTIC11. 2. For the purpose of paying said imprcvernent of
said sidewalk fronting, 120 feet on Dunklin Street and running; back
Southerly 33 feet. The ~lest line co-inciding with the West line of
Inlot 889 there is hereby levied. and assessed the sum of $0.60 as a
special tax against each front foot of (;round fronting or abutting
said Inlots 889 & 090 aforesaid.
SECTION. 3 . The narie of each property owner or owners ane'
the description of each lot or piece of (~round fronting; or abutting
sidewalk and the number of front f(:et owned by each owner or oriners
and contained in the lots or tracts of land so owned and. abutting
said -block or street and the cost price per front foot for said
inprover;ent and the amount hereby levied and assessed as a special
tax for said improvement against en.ch lot or piece of ground fronting
or abutting said sidewalk Street or the roadway is as follows:
A part of Inlots P89 and P90 fronting 120 feet on Dunklin Street
and running bank Southerly :7.3 feet . The Rest line co-incidinl; with

BECTICIT. 4 . That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to make
out special tax bills in favor of the Contractor Louis Violff for the
within mentioned ;fork in accordance with the Ordinances of the City
of Jefferson, Kissouri , relative to said kind of work and in accord-
ance ,,ith the Charter 6f said City in regard to said ,work.
SECTIC11. 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
