SECTION. I . That Section I of Ordinance No . 3364, entitled
"Establishing Serer District No. 509 within the City of Jefferson,
1-Asscuri, and defining the boundaries thereof," be and the same is
hereby repealed and a new Section enacted in lieu thereof to be known
as Section I, and to read ad follows; That the City Council of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary
for sabita.ry purposes and for the health and comfort of its inhabitants
of the City to establish. a Sewer District to be known as Sewer District
No . 50, and said District to be established with location and boundaries
"1 as follows; Beginning at a point on the Township line deviding Townships
44 and 459 said beginning point being 687.0 feet East of the East line
of forest Hill Addition; thence South parallel with the Last line of
Forest Hill Addition, 737.2 feet; 'thence East parallel with the Town-
ship line, 200 feet to the Booneville Road; thence Northeasterly to
the Northwesterly corner of lot 4 Block I of Sunset Place Addition;
thence Easterly to the Northeasterly corner of said lot; thence South
to the Southeasterly corner of lot I Block I Sunset Place Addition;
thence East parallel with the Township line, 5.0 feet; thence South
1/2 degrees East (magnetic) 625.0 feet, more orless, to a point that
isp 200 feet North of the North line of the Ten Mile Drive, if the
same is measured at right angles thereto; thence Easterly parallel
with the 'I''en Mile Drive to the Westerly line of the General Realty
Company's Subdivision; thence North along the Westerly line of the
General Realty Company's Subdivision to the North line of a 30 foot
Y alley in said Subdivision; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of
said alley to the North. and South quarter Section line in Section I

line of the Booneville Road; thence Southerly along the Easterly line

point of beginning.
SECTION. 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION. 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and. after its passage and approval.

SECTION. I. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson.

Ixissouri, hereby declares that it deons it nccec,oary for the health
and comfort of the inhabitants of the City, and for snmitary purposes
that there must be constructed as soon as possible, in 6ewcr District
No. 50, as established by Ordinance, a sanitary sewer, and it is
ordered that the same be made and constructed without unnecessary
delay, that the district sewer be emptied into the I.:issouri Hivex at
a point on the Northerly Right of Way line of the Eissouri Pacific
Railway, 2082 feet Westerly of the Easterly line of :gooks Street, if
same is measured along said ri,, h.t of way line.
SECTION. 2. That said sewer shall begin at a point that is
1089 feet West of the East line of the Northwest 1/4 of Section I
Township 44 Range 12 and 21 feet North. of the South line of said
quarter Section; thence in a Southeasterly direction, 3.171.0 feet to
a, point on the East boundary line of the Southwc.-.t 1/4 of Section I
Township 44 Range 129 --421 feet South of the Northeast corner thereof;
thence S 77 der. ees E (Magnetic ) 255 feet; thence turning an angle of
12 degrees and 25 minutes to the left, 578.5 feet; thence turning an
angle of 16 degrees and 05 minutes to the right, 486 feet; thence in
a Northeasterly direction to a point on the Northerly right of way
line of the Missouri Pacific Railuay, 2082 feet Westerly of the
Easterly line of Brooks Street, if same is measured along said right
of wAy line.
Also beginning at a point on the extended Northerly line of
lot 34 Block "B" of Vlalinko Place, 10 feet Easterly of the Northeast-
erly corner of said lot; thence IT. 9 degrees and 30 minutes E.
(Magnetic) , 238 feet to the beginning point of this description;
thence from the beginning point of this description, N 43 degrees E
279 feet; thence turning an angle of 10 degrees to the right, 240 feet.
