BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL 010 THE CITY 01.x' J.CFI'.ERUO,.I, AS FOLLOVISs
SECTION. I . There is hereby appropriated out of any money
in the City Treasury not other-,:;ise appropriated and char,-able to the
Vehicle Vund the sum of $ 1,000.00 for the purpose of paying, the
viages of laborers and the, cost of material used in carrying on the
extra Street work authorized by a Resolution adopted by the City
Council on the 9th day of February 1932.
SECTION. 2. The City Clerk and Mayor are hereby authorized
to issue Warrants on the above amount and to such persons as are
certified to them, by the Street Commissioner.
SECTION. 3 . This Ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after it 's passaESe and approval.

NO. 3477. AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE L011EY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIM CCU11CIL OF T13; CITY OF JEFFERSONT, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I . There is hereby ppropriated out of the Revenue
Fund the sum of Twenty Five (025.00) Dollars for the relief of Mrs .
Small in full satisfaction of all claims for damages of the said Mrs.
Small growing out of an alleged injury to the said Krs. Small by
falling into a manhole at Monroe and Capital Avenue.
SEC`1:ION. 2. The Clerk is hereby authorized to drav; Warrant
in -the above ailount and deliver same to Mrs. Small upon the delivery
to said Clerk of a release from the said Mrs. Small.

SECTION. I . There is hereby appropriated out of any money
in the City Treasury not other rise appropriated and chargable to the
. Vehicle Fund a sum not to exceed $1000.00 for the purpose of buying
truck for the Street Department.
SECTION. 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
