BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS#
SECTION. I. For the purpose of retiring Fifty Thousand
Dollars of Current Revenue Bonds of the City of Jefferson on April
159 19329 said Bonds maturing on May 15, 1932, there is hereby
appropriated out of the Revenue fund the sum of Fifty Thousand Sic
Hundred and Twenty-Five ($500625.00) Dollars. The Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorised to draw a Warrant in the above amount
in payment of said bonds, and to call said Current Revenue Bonds as
of April 15, 1932.

in the City Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of

SECTION. 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
