When the said bonds shall have been executed as hereinbefore
directed, they shall be presented to the State Auditor of Missouri
for registration, and each of the said bonds shall contain a
registration certificate of the said State Auditor in substantially
the following form to-wit:

I, L. D. Thompson, estate Auditor of Missouri, do hereby certify
that all the conditions of the laws of the State of Missouri have
been complied with in the issuance of the within bond, and that all
the conditions of the contract under which it was ordered to be
issued have been complied with and that the evidence thereof is on
file in my office; and I further certify that this bond has been duly
registered in my office in compliance with the Laws of the State of
Missouri.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and have
affixed the seal of my office at Jefferson City, this day of
1932. .

SECTION. 3. That for the purpose of providing for the payment
of the principal of and the interest on the said bonds as they shall
respectively mature, there shall be and there is hereby levied a
direct continuing annual tax upon all the taxable property within
the City of Jefferson City, Missouri, for each of the years during
the life of said bonds as will provide funds at the times and for the
purposes and in the amounts necessary. And provision to meet the
requirements of this order shall in due time, manner and season
annually be made.
SECTION 4 . All of the Revenue collected on account of the tax
herein levied shall be deposited in a separate fund to be known as
the "Interest and Sinking Fund*, and no part thereof shall ever be
diverted from the purposes herein provided for, nor appropriated to
any other purpose whatsoever.
SECTION. 5. When the said bonds shall have been executed ad
aforesaid, and when they shall have been registered by the State
Auditor, they shall be delivered to the Treasurer of the said City
of Jefferson City, who shall deliver the same to the purchaser
thereof upon payment therefor in accordance with the terms of sale.
SECTION. 6. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after its passage and adoption.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOV'JS:
SEC`.CION. I. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
City Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of paying
Accounts and Claims, the following:
