NO 3499. AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE M010,'Y FOR THE PAYMENT OF
INTEREST ON JUDGMENT INDEBTEDNESS OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON AS
FOLLOWS;
There is hereby appropriated out of the general revenue fund
of the City of Jefferson the sum of two thousand ($2,000.00) dollars
or so much thereof as may be necessary for the payment of interest
due on certain judgment indebtedness in the sum of $ 71,089 .72 in
favor of the Missouri Power and Light Company, and in favor of the
Capital City Water Company, et al, up to and including July 15, 1932.
It is further provided that all sums received from the sale of
judgment funding bonds authorized by Ordinance NJo. , including
premium and accrued interest, shall first be applied in payment of
said judgments and interest , and the balance necessary to satisfy
said judgments and interest shall be paid from so much of this
appropriation as may be necessary.

NO. 3500. AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE MONEY FOR THE MONTH OF JULY
1932.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in
the City Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of
paying Accounts and Claims, the following:
REVENUE FUND, the sum of - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - $ 2868.74
Revenue fund, fhr Registration of Jundgment bonds - - 71.10
VEHICLE FUND, the sum of - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - $ 1706.85
TRAFFIC & VEHICLE FUND, the sum of - - - - - - - - - - 130.46
JUDGMENT FUNDING BOND FUND, to satisfy judgment
and Interest - - - $719738.37
SECTION. 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
