NO. 3504. AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRi'DE OF THI; ROADWAY OF
DUITKLIN STREET FROM TkH; EAST PROPERTY LINE, OF HCUCHIN STREET TO THE
WEST PROPERTY EI1,TE OF GORDON STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWSt
SECTION. I. That the grade line of the roadway of Dunklin
Street, from the east property line of Houchin Street to the Vilest
property line of Gordon Street in the City of Jefferson, Alissouri,
be and is hereby established as follows: Beginning at the
intersection of the center line of Dunklin Street and the east
property line of Houchin Street, where the elevation of the grade
shall be, 191.00; thence on a uniform grade along the center line
of Dunklin Street to the west property line of Gordon Street, where
the elevation of the grade shall be, 172.00.
SECTION. 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION. 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

NOG-3505. AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF
COTTAGE LANE FROM THE EAST PROPERTY LINE OF HOUCHIN STREET TO THE
WEST PROPERTY LINE OF GORDON STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
YiISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I. That the grade line of the roadway of Cottage Lane
from the East property line of Houchin btreet to the Wiest property
line of Gordon treet in the City of Jefferson Missouri, be and is
hereby established as follows: Beginnins, at the intersection of
the center line of Cottage Lane and the ast property line of
Houchin street, where the elevation of the grade shall be 189.50;
thence on a uniform grade along the center line of Cottage Lane to
the ti�est property line of Gordon Street, where the elevation of
the grade shall be, 171.00.
SECTION. 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION. 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and aftf:r its passage and approval.

TO MA 7, A VALUATION OF THE CAPITAL CITY WATER COMPANY PLANT, AND

PLANT AND SYSTEM IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AND TO APPROPRIATE
MONEY FOR THE PAYMENT OF SUCH ENGINEERS AS MAY BE EMPLOYED.
WHEREAS, The Council, under authority of Resolution passed on
the 23rd day of March, 19329 authorized the appointment of a
Committee to be known as the Municipal Ownership Committee; and
WHEREAS, said Committee has been appointed by the Council to
conduct an investigation, in order to determine the advisability
of submitting to the qualified voters of Jefferson City a
