NO, 3511. AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT NO. 56, WITHIN
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THI: BOUNDARIES TI E'REOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, A$ FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary for
sanitary purposes and for the health and comfort of its inhabitants
r of the City to establish a Sewer District to be known as Sewer District
No . 569 and said district to be established with location and
boundaries is follows; Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of
Outlot No. 97,--150 feet South of the Northwest corner thereof;thence
Easterly parallel with the Northerly line of said Outlot to the I
Westerly line of Moreau Drive; thence Southerly along the "esterly line
of Moreau Drive to a point on the Easterly line of said Outlot No-97#
said point being 660 feet South of the Northeasterly corner of said
Outlot; 'thence Westerly parallel with the Northerly line of Outlot
97 to the ti�esterly line of said Outlot; thence Northerly along and
with the �Iesterly line of said Outlot, 510 feet to the point of
'geginning.
SECTION. •2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION. 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

NO. 3512. AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR TIME CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN
SE1+17ER DISTRICT NO. 56, IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health
and comfort of the inhabitants of the City, and for sanitary purposes
that there must be constructed as soon as possible in newer District
No. 560 as established by Ordinance, a sanitary sewer, and it is
ordered that the same be made and constructed without unnecessary
delay, that the said district sewer be connected with and into the
Man Hole at Station 23 plus 21 on "A" line in Sewer District No. 38. s.
SECTION. 2. That said sewer shall begin at the Ian Hole at
Station 23 plus 21 on "A" line in Sewer District No. 38; thence South
3 degrees East (Magnetic) , 474 feet; thence turning an angle of 76
degrees and 20 minutes to the left, 218 feet; thence turning an angle
of 28 degrees. and 34 minutes to the left, 367 feet; thence turning an
angle of 47 degrees and 35 minutes to the right, 359 feet to Station
14 plus 18; thence turning an angle of 119 degrees and 55 minutes to
the left, 174 feet. Also beginning at Station 14 plus 18, as describ-
ed above; thence South 9 degrees "pest, 269 feet.
SECTION. 3. Said Sewer shall be constructed of standard glazed
sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans and specifi-
cations of the City Engineer and constructed in all respects as
provided by Ordinance.
SECTION. 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
