N0. 3529 . AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE; DESTRUCTION AND BURNING OF
CERTAIN BONUS WHICH HAVE BEEN PAID AND CANCELLED.
'MREAS, certain bonds heretof are issued by the City of tefferson
have been paid and cancelled and are no longer an obligation of the
City of 'Jefferson; and
WHEREAS, said cancelled and paid bonds are now in the possession
of the Treasurer of the �'ity of Jefferson;
TOW THEREFORE ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THIS COUNCIL of TILE CITY Or, JEFFERSON AS FOLLOWS:
That the said City Treasurer, the City Clark, and the Chairman of
the Finance Committee of the City Council, aha11, in the presence of
each. other. , destroy the following described bonds, by burning the
same, in the presence of each other, and shall report their action
to the City Council; the description of the said bonds are as follows ;
City Hall Bonds, Nos. 2 to 5 inclusive, dated
March I, 1912, $500.00 each, total $ 2000.00
Street Bonds, Nos. 1, 2, and 3, dated March 19 1912
$500.00 each, total - - - - - - - -$p 1500.00
Sewer Bonds, Nos . 1 to 4 inclusive, dated March 1, ;

Sewer Bonds, Nos . 1 to 12 inclusive, dated March i,

Bridge Bonds, Nos. 1 to 46 inclusive, dated March 19

After the Bonds are destroyed, and the report made by the Treasurer,
City Clerk, and Chairman of the i''inance Committee, a copy of this
Ordinance, and the report of the above named Treasurer, City Clerk,
Ind Chairman of the Finance Committee, when accepted by -flee Council,
shall be filed with the State Auditor.

NO . 3530. AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEVIER DISTRICT NO. 57 WITHIN THE
CITY OF JEFFE';RSON, YISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI. AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
]Missouri, hereby declares and ordaines that it deems it necessary for
sanitary purposes and for the health and comfort of its inhabitants
of the City to establish a Sewer District to be known as Sewer District
No. 57, and said District to be established with location and bound-
aries as follows; Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of lot 14
of Brown's Subdivision of Outlot No. 14; thence North along and with
the 'Wrest lane of said lot to the Nowthwest corner thereof; thence
?,. Easterly along the Northerly line of said lot extended to the East
line of Yarshall Street; thence North along the Last line of 2"arshall
Street to the Northwest corner of lot 76 of Little and Keyes Sub-
