and with the East line of Jackson Street , 151.44 feet to the South

SECTION. 2 . All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION. 3 . This Urdinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

NO. 3531. All CRDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEVIERS IN
SEWER 17.ISTRICT NO. 57, IN THE CITY OF JEPPERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON..
YISSCURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
r�issouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health
and corzfort of the inhabitants of the City, and for sanitary purposes
that there must be constructed as soon as possible, in Sewer District
No. 57, as established by Ordinance, a sanitary sewer, 'and it is
ordered that the same be made and constructed without unnecessary
delay, that the -said District Sewer be connected with and into the
Ilan Hole at Station 42 plus 45 on the 6outh h1ain Sever.
SECTION. 2. That said sewer shall begin at Station 42 plus
45 on the South Main Seaver, said station being approximately in the
center of lot 48 of Little and Keyes Subdivision of Outlot 15; thence
West parallel with Atchison Street, 77.5 feet; thence South parallel
with Ii'lissouri Street, 253. 5 feet to the center of Atchison Street;
thence Test along the center line of Atchison Street, 429 feet.
SECTION. 3. Said sewer shall be constructed of standard
glazed sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to plans and
spec ificaticns of the City Engineer and constructed in all respects
as provided by Ordinance.
SECTION. 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its pas.-age and approval.
