SECTION. I. That the grade line of the roadway of the alley
in the block between :Broadway- Mulberry-Dunklin and Ashley Streets
in the City of Jefferson, I-issouri, from the Nest curb line on
Broadway Street to the -mast curb line on I:Iulberry Street be and is
hereby established as follows: Deginning at the Wiest curb line on
.Broadway btreet at the center line of the alley where the elevation
of the grade is, 155.90; thence on a uniform grade along the center
line of the alley, 306 feet where the elevation of the grade shall
be, 132.46; thence 84 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation
of the f-rade shall be 128.70; thence 84 feet on a vertical curve,
to the Last curb line of Lulberry Street, where the elevation of the
grade is , 130.42.
SECTION. 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict.
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTICIT. 3 . This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

SECTION. I . That the grade line of the roadway. of Atchison
Street, from the Bast property lire of Jackson Street, North of
Atchison Street, to the ''est curb line on Lafayette Street be and
hereby established as follows : Beginning at the intersection of the
center line of Atchison Street and the Last property line of Jackson
Street North of Atchison street where the elevation of the grade
ti=izall be, 233.20; thence on 100 foot vertical curve along the center
line of Atchison Street, there the elevat,.c,n of the grade shall be,
228.90; thence on vertical curve 100 feet, where the elevation of the
trade shall be, 220.80; thence on a uniforr:i grade 745 feet to the
`+vest curb line of Lafayette Street, where the elevation of the grade
shall be, 146.30 .
SECTICiT. 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION. 3 . This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its pa.ssat;e and approval.
