VW,RW, Walinko Realty dnd Investment Company , a corporation
by it's warranty deed under date of April 18th. 19339 has conveyed to 1:
the city of Jefferson the following described property;
"A roadway over a strip of land described as follows; A part of the
northeast part of WalinkoPlace, an addition to the cityb of Jefferson,
Missouri,and more particularly described ast Beginning at the southwest
corner of lot 92, block 1 of Sunset Place At[dition, said point of
beginning being on the north line of Wa.link6 Plaoe, 162 feet west of the
northeast corner thereof; thence in a southwesterly direction on a 10
degree X)djfX)( and 24 minute curve to the southeast corner -of/X lot 15,
Block E of Walinko Place; thence in a southeasterly direction along the
east line of east Circle drive, 64 feet; thence in a northeasterly
direction on a 11 degree andn 40 minute curve, 310 feet; -thence along a
curve to the right on a 40 foot radius to the westerly line of unnamed
street; thence northerly along and with the westerly line of said street
84 feet; thence west along the north lineo of Walinko Place, 132 feet
to the point of beginning.
"The aforesaid Strip of land is to be held by the party of the
second part fot the purpose of use as a street or road."
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
RISSOURI, AS FOLLOWSt
That the City of Jefferson hereby accepts the property
hereinbefore described, and which has been conveyed by deed to
the city of Jefferson for use as a street or road, a plat of said
property so conveyed being attached to and made a part of this
ordinance.
The City Clerk is hereby instructed, immediately upon the
passage end approval of this ordinance, to proceed with the deeds
hereinbefore mentioned to the County recorder of deeds, in order
that the same may be recorded , and that the property hereinbefore
diescribed may becomeb and be a public street of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF J1L'FFERSON, AS FOLLOWSt
Section 1. There is hereby approprriated out of any money in the
city treasury not otherwise appropriated for the purpose of paying
accounts and claims the following;
Revenue Fund, the sum of $3423.03
