Nentwig and Bertha Nentwig, his wife, the owners of the following described real estato, to wit; Patt of outlot number twenty nine (29) of the city of Jefferson Missouri, and part of the northeast quarter of section thirteen t13) , township forty four (44) Range twelve (12) , all lying, being and situate in Cole County, State of Missouri, have submitted to the Council for its approval and aoceptance, a plat thereof, called and identified by the name"John Subdivision" a portion of which said land is within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri. And it appearing that said plat has +. been duly and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said John Subdivision, that all taxes have been paid„all streets, drives and right-of-ways dedicated to public use, and the requirements of Chapter number sixty seven (67) Revised statutes of Missouri, 19299, entitled "Plats", and the requirements of 8hapter number two (2) of the revised ordinances of the City of Jefferson, 1925, have been complied with; Therefore , the plat of land of Ernest B. Nentwig and Cecelia E. Nentwig, his wife , andn Leo H. Nentwig and Bertha Nentwig his wife, the owners of said tract, known as John Subdivision a subdivision lying partially within the corporate limits of the c City of Jefferson Missouri, as shown by the plat hereto attached and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and approved by the Council, and the City Clerk, after passage and approval of this ordinance, is hereby directed to endorse acceptance and approval of this plat thereon, and to certify to the same under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri. This ordinance shallm take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF. THE CITY OF JEFFERSON AS POLLOWS- s It id hereby declared unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to make a complete tdrn, or a reverse turn, or what is commonly termed a "U) turn, at any of the following street intersedtiond, where electric signals are located; to wit; `.'.: is At the intersection of Cftpital Avenue and Madison Street, 2. At the intersection of High Street and Jefferson Street, 3. At the intersection of High street and Madison Street, 4. At the intersection of Hilt Street and Monroe Street, 5. At the intersection of McCarty Street and Jefferson Street, 60 At the intersection of McCarty Street and Madison Street, 70 At the intersection of McCarty Street and Monroe Street, Any person violating the terms of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon convicyion shall be punished by a fine of not less than three nor more than one hundred dollars.
