Means Ray Means Ray President of the Council Mayor. # 3575 AN ORDIANCE. PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT NUMBER 50P IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AM AS FOLLOWS; SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jeffer*n Missouri, hereby declare that it deems it necessary for the health and comfort of the inhabotants of the City, and for sanitary purposes, That there must be constructed as soon as possible, in Sewer Distri6t Number 50, as established by ordinances sanitary serer. and it is ordered that the same be made and constructed without unnecessary delay, that the said district sewer shall be emptied into the Missouri River at a point 380 feet west of Coon Creek, at Station 6700 plus 2 on the Missouri Pacific Railway. SECTION 2. That said sewer shall begin at a point that its 1089 feet west of the east line of the northwest quarter of Section I Township 44 Range 12 and 21 feet north of the south line of said quarter sections thence S 72 degrees E (Magnetic) 350 feett thence S 66 degrees E, 300 feet; thence S 84 degrees E, 269 feet; thence S 76 degrees E. 456 feet, thence H 62 degrees E, 147 feet thence N 84 degree E, 185 feet; thence S 66 degrees E, 85 feet; thence S 86 degrees E,I69 feet; thence K 80 degrees E, 456 feet to a point on the bank of the Missouri River.
