BE IT CRDAINED BY TIJE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Jl;F1,T,'RS0N, MISSCURI,
AS FOLLOWSt
Section I. All vehicles shall be brought to a full stop on the
north side of Pierce street at its intersection with Hough Street,
before said vehicles shall be driven into said intersection. The
Street Commissioner is directed and instructed to immediately install
the proper traffic signal to give notice of this ordinance.
SECTION 2. Any person violating the conditions of this Ordinance
by failing to bring vehicles to full stop as hereinbefore required
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be
punished by a fine of not less than three dollars nor more than
one hundred dollars, or by not more than ninty days in the County
Jail, or by both such fine and imprisment,

03585 AN ORDINANCE TO RE gUIRE DRIVERS OF MOTOR VEHICLES TO
BRING SAID VEHICLES TO A FULL STOP AT THE
CERTAIN STREET INTERSECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON AS FOLLOWSt
SECTION i. Every driver of a motor vehicle entering the
intersection of Dunklin Street and Broadway Street in the city of
Jefferson, shall bring said vehicle to a full stop on Broadway Street'
immediatley before entering the intersection of Broadway Street and
Dunklin Street.
SECTION 2. Any person violating the terms of this ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall
be punished by fine of not less than three nor more than one dollars,

of Elm and Chestnut Streets.
SECTION 2. DRIVERS of vehicles shall bring said vehicles
to a full stoo on Miller Street immediately before entering the
intersection of Miller and Washington ,Streets.
