There is hereby appropriated out of any money in the City Treasury not dtherwise appropriated, the following; Bldg. &. Loan Dues City Park House 19.20 REVENUE FUND Advance on Collectors & Assessor Comm. 4,00.00 For the purpose of paying the salaries of elective -inif appointive officers the sum 4,784.99 allowence for gas for Fire Chief 7050 For the purpose of paying weekly wages of laborers,freight and incidentals under the Street Comm. the sum 29000.00 Traffic & Vehicle Fund Salary Street Comm. & Traffic Officer 308*33.: : • Weekly wages of Laborers Etc. 19000.00 Salary Of Plumbing Inspector 100000 SECTION 2. Council Mayor #3590 AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE MONEY; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON AS FOLLOWSs SECTIOIR I. Whereas the City Council deems it necessary to acquire certain right-of-way on Hough Street for the purpose of making it possible to construct a concrete culvert over Boggs Creek, and Whereas it has been mutualy agreed between the City of Jefferson and Alice Shanks. the owner of the property necessary to be acquired, that the City shall pay the sum of thirty dollars. and -in returned received proper right of way deed to said property, There is hereby appropriated chargeable to the revenue fund the sum of thirty dollars, payable to the said Alice Shanks, and the city clerk is hereby directed to draw warrent in the above amount and in favor of the said Alice Shanks* tobe delivered to her at such time as she shall furbish the city Engineer with right of way deed coneying to the city of Jefferson the property herein . before mentioned. ` Passed November 6 1933 Approved November 7 1933 Carl Walz __ Means Ram„ President of the Council Mayor
