the east side of Adams street for a distance of thirty feet south
of the intersection of High Street and Adams Street.
SECTION 3. Any person violating the terms of this ordinance shall
be deemed guilty of a misdeameanor and upon conviction shall be
fined not less than three dollars nor more than one hundred dollars.
SECTION 4. Immediately upon the passage and approval of this
Ordinance the d.treet commissioner shall erect proper signs to inform
the public that parking is prohibited in the respective spaeesxm
mentioned herein.

BE ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOAVS t
SECTION I. Thatthe City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares and or"i- nes. that it deems it necessary
for sanitary purposes and for the health and comfort of its
inhabitan.*s of the City to establish a Sewer District to be known
as Sewer District No. 55 and said district to be established with
location and boundries as follows; Beginning at tjre northwesterly
corner of lot 52 of Forest Hill Addition, thence east alon&r the
townshbp linedividing townships 44 and 45 to a point that is 68700
feet east of the east line of Forest Hill Addition; thence southerly
parallel with the east line of Forest Hill Addition- 1325 feet
more or less, to a point that is 200 feet north of t if measured at
right angles to) the north line of the Ten Mile Drive; Thence
Westerly parallel with the Ten Mile Drive to the east line of Forest
Hill Addition; thence south along and with the east line of said
addition to the southeast corner of lot 25 in Forest Hill Addition;
htence westerly along the southerly line of lots 25 and 28 Forest
Hill Addition to the west line of d.aid addition;thence southerly
along the westerly line of said addition and extended, to a ppint
that is 200 feet south of the south line of the Ten 11ILe Drive,
( last measurement made at right angle to the Ten Mile Drive)
thence westerly parallel with the Ten Mile Drive to the north and
south quarter section line of section 2 Township 44 Range 12;
thence north and with said quarter section line to the Township
line; thence east along the Township line to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts .of ordinances in. conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
