SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval. Passed Jan. 5 I934 Approved Jan. 5 1934 Means Ray Means Kay President of the Council Mayor #3614 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND DESIGNATING A PUBLIC STREET FROM THE SOUTH TEN MILE DRIVE, KNOWN AS SAINT MARY'S BOULEVARD, TO THE NORTH TEN MILE DRIVE NEAR THE BOONVILLE ROAD, WHEREAS THE CITY OF JEFFERSON IS THE OWNER Ohs A STRIP OF LAND FIFTY FEET IN WIDMI EXTENDING FRORi THE SOUTH TEN TdILE DRIVE IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION TO THE NORTH TEN MILE DRIVE NEAR ITS CONj VERGENCE WITH THE BOOI]VILLE ROAD, AND 1WHEREAS9 THE CITY OF JEFFERSON DEEMS IT EXPEDIENT AND DESIRABLE TO DEDICATE SAID STRIP OF LAND TO PUBLIC USE AS A STREET. NOVI THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLMIIS o That the City of Jefferson hereby establishes a public street fifty feet in width extending from the south ten mile Drive, known as Saint Mary8s Boulevard, in a Northerly direct- i.Qn to the North Ten Mile Drive near the Boonville Road, said ground now being owned by the City of Jefferson in fee simple and being more particuarly described as follows; A part of the northwest puarter of Section Twelve (I2) Township Forty-Four (44) range Twelve (I2) 9 and more particular4 ly described as being a strip twenty-five feet in width and ex- tending from the north line of said Section 129 south to the Ten Mile Drive, the west line of said strip coinciding with the west line of said Section; and, A part of the southwest puarter of Section one (I) Township Forty-four (44) Range Twelve (12) , and more particulary des- cribed as being a strip twenty-five feet in width and extending from the south line of said Section One, north to the Ten Mile Drive, the west line of said strip coinciding with the west line of said Section; and, A part of the northeast puarter of Section Eleven (II) Township Forty-four (44) Range Twelve (I2) and more particular- ly described as being a strip twenty-five feet in width and extending from the north line of said Section II, south to the Ten Mile Drive, the east line of said strip coinciding with the east line of said Section; and A part of the southeast puarter of Section Two (2) Town- ship Forty-four (44) Range Twelve (I2) , and more particulary described as being a strip twenty-five feet in width and ex- tending from the south line of said Section Two, north to the Tern Mile Drive, the east line of said strip coinciding with the east line of said Section.
