PART INLOT 484 OWNED BY THE CITY OF .TEFI_TERSONt FRONTING ON YONROE
STREET.
WHEREAS, the City of Jefferson is the owner of a certain lot,
number S.Part Inlot 484 fronting on lion roe Street, and,
WHEREAS, the lot is now vacant and not being used by the City.

ON., AS FOLLOWS s
Section 1. That pendin s cIz t * a as the City of Jefferson shall
need such lot for build��p set out in this ordina nee,
it is hereby designated as pP ublic parking lot for motor vehicles
and it shall be lawful for any owner or operator of the motor vehic,10
to park said vehicle in and upon said lot.
Section 2. T hereby declared unlawful for y person to
park or stand any� ie r than a motor vehicle in or upon said lot.
Any person violating the terms of this ordinance, shall be punisi
hed by a fine of not less than Three Dollars ($3.00) or more than One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00) .

3620 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING LEASE OF CERTAI1l RE PROPERTY
NOW USED AND TO BE USED AS A MUNICIPAL AIR PORT, AND AUTHORMZING
THE MAYOR OF JEFFERSON CITY TO MAKE PROPER CERTIFICATION THAT THE C IY
OF JEFFERSON IS THE LESSEE OF SAID REAL PROPERTY.
FkiEREAS, the Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce is the lessee
in a certain lease agreement dated August 18th, 1931, covering the
real property hereinafter described, said property being owned by
Paul S. Koch and Laura Koch, of the County of Calloway in the State
of Missouri, and.
Whereas, the said Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce, a corpor-
ation, desires to assign said contract and lease to the City of J
Jefferson, Missouri, for the remainder of the term of said lease,
and with all the rights of renewel or purchase as set out in said
lease. '�
NOW, THEREFOR9 BE IT ORDAIITED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF
JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWSs
that said City of Jefferson hereby accepts the leaae and contrat
hereinbefore referred to covering the following described property;
A certain parcel of land in W.B. Scott's New
Madrid Survey No. 2622 in Township 44, North Range 11
West, bounded as follows;
Beginning at the southeast corner of the land
formerly belonging to John Chappel in said W.B.
Scott8s Survey, thence west with the south side of
said Chappell's land and forty-five and 34100 chains
to the east bank of Cedar Creek, thence up the east bank
of said creek north 31 degrees east five chains,thence
north 24 degrees east 12 chains, thence north 13 degrees
east 5 chains, thence east 36 and 83/100 chains to inter-
sect the east side of `V.B. Scott'ssaid survey, thence south
one and onejhalf degrees west with the east side of said
survey 20 and 50/100 chains to the beginning-Less all of the
