said tract heretofore sold by said Abigail A. Denny to
Emily Ramsey, leaving 79 and 26/100 acres, more or less.
Also all of 'the accretion land adjoining the
vest line of the above described land west to the
center of Turkey Creek, formerly old Cedar Creek.
it being understood and agreed between the City of Jefferson and the
Jefferson City Chambers of Commerce, that the City Of Jefferson "Chall
in no wise be liable for the payment of rental as set out and re-
quired by the lease hereinbefore referred to as being assigned,
but that said rental shall be paid by the Jefferson City Chamber
Commerce.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval by the layor, and upon written acceptance
of the terms of this Ordinance by the Jefferson City Chamber of
Commerce.
