AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A MOU BETWEEN
NJ TRANSIT AND THE BOROUGH OF CARTE RE,
the Borough of Carteret ( "Borough ") is desirous of entering into a
of Understanding with New Jersey Transit with regard to the passenger
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Borough Council of the Borough of
k, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the Mayor, and appropriate Borough Officials are hereby
authorized to execute the above described MOU, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hererof.
2. That the Borough Clerk forward the required number of copies
of the executed agreement to NJ Transit.
