'Mayor* 3630 AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT -PARKIHG OF VEHICLES ON THE � SOUTH SIDE OF HIGH STREET FOR A DISTANCE OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTY . TWO FEET EAST FROM THE INTERSECTION OF WASHINGTON AND HIGH STREETS DURING CERTAIN HOURS. BE IT ORDAINED BY- THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS t �\ Section 1. Ot is hereby declared unlawful for any person to park any vehicle on the. South side of High Street for a distance of one hundred fifty-two (152) East from the inter tion of High a d Washington Streete, betweed the hours of sevem., and seven P.M. of each day, said restricted space being adjacent to the new Federal Post Office building located At the corner of ' High and.Washington Streets* Section 2. Any person violating the terms of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than Three Dollars, V.00j and not more than One Hundred Dollars, (100.00). WHEREAS, heretofore the city of Jefferson under authority of Ordinance No. 3 00 z � , passed and approved December 4. 1933 directed . � r the Mayor of the City of Jefferson to make application to . the ;`.
