WHEREAS, the Council has determindd that of will issue its
negotiable bonds in the amount of fifty-five thousand dollars and
dispose of said bonds at private sale,
NOW THEREFORE BE ITO IMAIINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERON
AS FOLLOWS9
SECTION I* the Mayor of the City of Jefferson is hereby instructed
and directed to ad*lse the Federal administration of PUBLIC Works that
the City of Jefferson, Missouti no longer desires to n egotia,te
loans from the~ Federal Goverement in the sum of Thirt-fi.vedflars
thousand, and twenty -thousand dollars, for the purpose of construction
two -fire atations and the im rovement of the city-hall reeptfully

as heretofore=pl i e or under authority of Ordinance o. & 3600
and 3625, copies of which said Ordinances were filed with the applicatib
aforesaid.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is further instructed to inform said
Federal Administration of Oublic Works that the City will issue its.
negotiable bonds as set out in said applications aforesaid, and dispose
of said bonds at private sale, the proceeds thereof to be used for
the construction of two fire stations and the improvement of the city X
hall in the amounts aforesaid.
SECTION 3. The Mayor is further instructed to inform said Federal A
Administration of Public Works tha tha City of Jefferson desires and
hereby applies to said Board fort h.-tAffirty per cent of the cost of
labor and material to be used in the projects aforesaid, under the same
plans, specifications and terms as set out in the applications for
loan and grant herefore filed with said Federal Emergency Administratin
of Public Works.
SECTION 4. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance. e.re hereby repealed.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JRFFERON, AS FOLLOWSs

City Treasurys not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of paying
Accounts and Claims, the following;
