3634 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF
THE ALLEY RUNNING IN AN EASTERLY AND WESTERLY DIRECTION IN THE BLOCK .
BETWEEN HIGH, MC CARTY, HAMLIN AND BERRY STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS EOLLOWSa
SECTION 1. `!'hat . the grade line of the roadwajr of the alley
manning in an easterly and westerly direction in the block between
Sigh, Her Carty, Hamlin and Berry Streets, in the IBM City of Jefferson
Missouri, be and is hereby establislged as follows; '
Beginning at the east edge of the gutter on Hamlin Street and the
center line of the alley, where the elevation of the grade is, 160.70
thence 200 feet on a uniform grade, where the elevation of the grade,
be, 155.67 thence 25 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation
of: the grade shall be 155.37 thence 25 feet on vertical curve where
i the elevation of the grade shall be, 155.85 thence 50 feet on sI uniform

from and after its passage and approval.
