SECTION 2. The Mayor ofJeffeeADA City is hereby specifically
instructed and directed to execute said grant agreement in
triplicate for and on behalf of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
and the City Clerk of the Coty of Jefferson is hereby instructed
and directed to attest said agreement and to affix the seal of
the City of Jefferson thereto, and to send three executed copies
of such agreement, together with certified extracts from the
minutes of the meeting at which this ordinance is passed, to the
Pederal Emergency Administration of Public lorkn.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.

BE ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON; lassOURI$
AS FOLLOWS a
x SECTION 1. that the City Council of the City of,Jefferson,
misnouri, hereby declares it deems it necessary for the .health and
comfort of the inhabitants of the City, and fbr sanitary purposes '
that there must be constructed as soon as possible in Sever District
No. Sri as established by ordinance, a sanitary sewer, and It- is
ordered that the same be made acid constructed without unnecessary
dela*, that the said district sewer be connected with and, intbi ne
the main odwer in the center of the Ten Mile Drive, at a point
15 East of the East line of forest Hill Addition.
SECTION 2. That said sewer oshal.l begin at the septid tank
that lies in the center of Forest Hill Place, 40 feet south of
th'e. Township.Line; • thence northeasterly 195 feet to a point that
in 15 feet -south of the Township Line, and 15 feet east of "the
east line of Forest Hill Addition; thence southerly parallel with
Afie eitst line of Bbreat Hill Additions, 1395 feet ti the Ten Mile D
Drive;
SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed of standard
glazrd sewer pipe grads A cast .iron and spigot pipe and shall be
conatrdated according to the iblans and "specifications of the City t
En ineersand .constructed in all respects as
g provided by ordinance.
SECTION 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance be and the same are Igereby repealed.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be "in, f ore e
from and after its passage and approval.
