cement concrete material, four feet in width, six inches back from
back of curb on the north side of High Street, between Ash and Pine
Streets, and abutting 150 feet in front of lot 10 Park Place owned
by B.C.Crow' e Sidewalk to start at the pest line of the sidewalk on
Pine Street„ and to be built under the supervision of the City Engineer,
