APPOINTING FULL TIME POLICE OFFICERS
PURSUANT TO NJ CIVIL SERVICE REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, have formally
authorized the appointment of entry level police officers in accordance with the
provisions of applicable New Jersey State Law and the rules and policies promulgated by
the New Jersey Civil Service Commission; and
WHEREAS, fire Governing Body has implemented the required procedure for said
appointments, has reviewed a list of eligible candidates and wislies to make full time
police officer appointments in accordance therewith.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret that the following individuals be appointed as entry level police officers pursuant
to and in accordance with the provisions of applicable law:

YUEDY RODRIGUEZ

and certified as a true copy of the
