# Rffi REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES INSOFAR AS THEY CONFLIOT -WITH-VEIS
ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWSs
SECTIONI. Motor coaches pperated by the Missouri Power and
Light company shall dtop for the purpose of receiving and dischar-
ging passengers at the following places on High Street, to-wit;
East Bound;
At the corner of high and Jefferson Streets, immediately
aftertcrossing Jefferson Street;
At the corner of High and Madison Streets, immediately
of ter crossing Madison Streets; '
At the corner of High and Monroe Streets; immediately
after crossing Monroe Streets.
West Bound;
At the corner of High and Monroe s$reets, Immediately
after crossing Monroe Streets;
At the corner of High and Madison Streets, immediately
after crossing Madison Street;
At the corner of High and Jefferson streets, immediately
after crossing Jefferson Streets.
SECTION 2. Immediately after the passage and approval
of this ordinance, it shall be the duty of the Missouri Power
and Light Company to erect proper signs to indicate the change
in coach stows at the street intersections above mentioned, and
there after the coach stops at said intersections heretofore
fixed shall not be used as coach stops.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances insofar
as they conflict with this ordinance are hereby appealed.

ESTABLISHING THE RATE OF TAXATION FOR THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
FOR THE YEAR 1934.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI p AS FOLLOWS t
3 : SECTION L. That there is hereby levied and assessed the
following rate on all Real Estate and Personal property within the
limits of the City of Jefferson Missouri, not exempt from taimtion
bit the Constitution or the laws of the State of Missouri, as shown
by the Assessement book of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the
year 1934. and on all Merchants and Manufactures, made as provided
by lax.
