of Jefferson, Missouri, for the Fiscal Year, the sum of 60 cents on
the One hundred Dollar Valuation,
Second; For the purpose of paying the interest on the outstanding
bonds of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and for the purpose of
creating 'a sinking fund to retire the outstanding bonds of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, the sum of 25 cents on the One Hundred Dollar
Valuation.
Third; For the Purpose of establishing and maintaining a free
Public Library in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, the sum of 5 cents
on the One Hundred Dollars Valuation.
SECTION 2. It shall be the duty of the City Clerk to cause to be
extended in the appropriate column, ppposite each item of the taxable
property on the Assessement book, as returned by the Assessor of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, and corfeeted by the County Board Of
Equalization, the amount of taxes requi:ured to be paid by each person
assessed, as provided by Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. .
SECTION. 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its approval.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS&
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
City Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the purpose of paying
Accounts and Claims, the following;
REVENUE FUND, the sum of 30019-86
Vehicle Fund, the sum of 855.56
TRAFFIC & VEHI= FUND the sum of 396.00
CApital AVE-WIDENING FUND 15.52
CITY HALL IMP. FUND 103.45
FIRE DEPT-BLDG. FUND . 1,391.03
SECTION 2. .This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
