BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS&
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
City Treasury not otherwise appropriated the following;
Bldg. and Loan 19.20
ADVANCE ON COLL. and CITY ASSESSOR COMM. QW. 400.00
REVENUE
FUND-
For the purpose of paying salaries of elective and appointive
officers, the sum of 40884.99
Gas for Fire Chief Car 7.50
VEHICLE FUND
For the purpose of paying salary of the Street Conmissinor and Traffic
Officers, the sum of 458.33
For the purpose of paying weekly wages of laboreres, freight
and incedentals under the Street Commissioner, the sum of 29500.00
SEWER BOND FUND

3652 AM ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER SISTRICT NO.
within the City of Jefferson, Missouri, defining the boundaries
thereof, and repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict with this orsinance.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS a
SECTI ON 1* That the City council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares and ordaines that it deems it neccessary
for sanitary purposes and for the health and comfort of its
inhabitants of the City to- establish a sewer District to be knu wn
as Sewer District No. 55, and said district to be established with
location and boundries as follows; beginning at the Northeast corner
of Forest Hill Addition; thence south along and with the east line
of Forest Hill Addition to the Sbutheast corner of lot No. 25 ofsaA
Addition; thence westerly along the southerly line of lots 25and
28 of said Addition to the south-westerly corner of said lot 28;
thence southerly along the westerly line of Forest Hill Addition
to the north line of the Ten Mile Drive; thence in a north-westerly
