NOV20MER tt, 1933., AND APPROVED ON NOVEMBER 23,1933, AND TO
ENACT IN LIEU THEREOF A SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS SECTION 3 OF SAID ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS2
Section 1. Section 3 of Ordinance Not 3598. passed onthe 22nd
day 'of November and Approved on the 23rd. day of November, 1933,
be and the "same is hereby repealed, and a new section enacted in
lieu thereof to be known as Section 3 and to read as follows;
" SECTION 3. that the regularly established route for said
motor bxisee, ' and, in lieu of', the present existing electric street
cars service, is as follows;
Beginning near the western limits of the City of
Jefferson on east circle drive, thence running
in an easterly direction along West Main Street to ;-
the intersection of 'West 'Main Street and High Street,
thence running in an easterly direction on High
Street to Benton Street, thence south on Benton
Street to Me Carty Street, thence west on Me Carty
Street to Clark Avenue, thence south on Clark Avenue
to Moreland Avenue, being the present terminus
of the
..said electric street car service."
Section Z This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from. and after i is passage and approval.

#3657 AN ORDINUCE ESTABLISIiING BOULEVARD STOP ON MADISON STREET
AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH ASHLEY STREET.
BE IT ORD AIMED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
AS FOLLOWSt
SECTION 1. Drivers of vehicles shall bring said vehicles
to a fy11 stop on Madison Street immediately before entering
the intersection of .Madison and Ashley Streets,
SECTION 2. 'Any person Violating the terms of this Ord-
inanee 'shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon con-
victiori shall be' punished by a fine of not less than $ 3.00
and more than $ 100.00.
