BE IT 4RDATNIID BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FCLLOWSs SECTION 1. There Is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cost price per i?ront' foot as opecified in Section 2 of this ordinance; against the' aggreate lots' or tracts of land fronting or abutting on the roadways of Miller Street, from the intersection of Miller 'Street and Clark Avenue to the intersection of Miller Street and Vetter Zane, all 'in 'the' limits of Sprinkling, diling repairing surfacing and resurfacing District No. 9 of the City of Jefferson, Missourri; for"the improvement of said roadway of Miller Street, by repairing, surfacing and resurfacing, the sum of $ 204214 asthe total costs of the improvements of said streets and the number of front feet' "fronting or abutting said roadway of sadd stireet, aforesaid amounts 'to 3818.24 running feett- the cost, price per running foot.,is $o.5361482.
