# 3663 AN ORDINANCE TO RE QUIRE DRIVERS OF VEHICLES TO BRING SAID
VEHICLE TO FULL DT(DP ON BROADWAY STREET IM9EDIATELY BEFORE ENTER-
ING ASHLEY STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MO.
AS FOLLOWS&
SECTION 1. Each and rvery driver of a motor vehicle shall bring;
said vehicle to a full stop on Broadway street immediately before
entering the intersection of Broadway. street and Ashley street.
SECTION 2. Any person violating the terms of this ordinance
shall, upon conviction be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and
punished by a fine of not less than three nor more than one
hundred dollars .
SECTION 3, This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and a"ter its passage and approval.

REPAIRING AND RESURFACING OF DISTRICT NUMBER FIVE (5) OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, AND FOR THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL TAX BILLS, NOT EXCEEDING
SIXTY (60) CENTS PER FRONT FOOT, AGAINST THE ADJOINING PROPERTY
