Ells _ Approved as to form June R Rose city— Cie rk City Attorney, Special ORDINANCE # 3677 An Ordinance to provide for paving with Portland Cement concrete pavement, Mc warty Street, from a point 136.6 meet west of the west line of Locust Street to the west line of Benton Street south of Me Carty Street constructing lip type curbing therealong, in certain places, all at the locations and as jrhown on the accompanying plans, and repealing all ordinances in conflict with this ordinances WHEREAS, It appearing that all the requirments of law for such cases made and provided have been• complied with in all respects in the above entitled matter, Be It Ordained by the Council of the City of Jefferson, as follows; Section 1. That Mc Carty Street from a point 136.6 feet west of the west line of Locust Street to the west line of Benton Street south of Mc Carty Street be paved on the present grade to the full width thereof, with Portland Cement Concrete pavement that lip type curbing be constructed therealong, in certain places, all at the locations and as shown on the accompanying plans. All in accordance with plans and specifications therefor on file at the City Clerk, a copy of which plans is hereto Attached, said plans and specifications being made a part of this ordin^.nceby Reference. Section 2. The cost of said work is to be borne by Federal funds as a part of the present Emergency Relief measures, and carried out under the supervision of the Missouri State Highway Department. The plans and specifications herewith attached are approved by the City Officers as required by law. Section 3. All Ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval. Accepted and approved this 1 day Oct 1934. Means Ray President of the Council Means Ray Mayor
