It appeaxine fropi the written report of the City Engineer, the officer in charge of the work of construction and completing sewers, in Sewer District 110. 55 in the City of Jefferson, Missouri , heretofore subTaitted by s,--i.id officer to the City Council and approved and filed by it on this 19 day of November 1934. at a regular meeting of the City Council held on this date, that the total cost of contruction and completing of said sewer as constructed, amounts to the sum of 8,919.90 and it further appearing that said report of said officer did. apportion said costs against the several lots or pieces of ground in said sewer District No-55, exclusive of streets in proportion to the area of the whole of said District No. 55 exclus ive of the public highways, and it further appearing th,-i.t the total number of square feet contained in the arfgregate number of lots a.nd. pieces of ground situated in the said Sever District No. 55, exclusive of the public highways thereincimounts to 19753.461.0square feet.
