Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to proceed at
once to make out special tax bills under the seal of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, of the aforesaid amounts against said lots or
pieces of land in the aforesia.d Sewer District No. 55 situated, m
mentioned and described in. the herefore mentioned sections of this
Ordinance in the name of the owner or owners thereof, which said xim
special tax bills shall be signed by the Mayor and attested and rX
recorded by the City Clerk and delivered to pope Construction Company
the Contractor of the work of construction of the aforesaid sewers
as provided and required by the Charter of the City of Jefferson
and the Ordinances authorizing and ordering the construction of
sewers in said Sewer District No. 55 heretofore passed and approved
by the Council.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

Beggnning at the Northwesterly corner of lot �FOf^Wolff's
Subdivision; thence south along the east line of ]biller Street to the
right of way line df the Missouri Pacific Railway; thence in a westerly
direction along and -with said right og way to the west line of Miller

the original plat thereof, which lots abutt and adjoin said Miller,
have occupied,and are now using and occuping said abutting and adjacent
property, so that saict portion of Miller Street has ceased to be any i
use or benifit as a public thoroughfare and that it would not
