Provided that the cost of constructing, that portion of
s^.id street which would be properly chargeable against
the-property abutting thereon belonging; to the United
Stntes F-overnment and used as a national cerieteryj__
shell be defr:lyed by the City of Jefferson out of the
Vehicle fund.
SECTION 3. The City Engineer is hereby
instructed to advertise for bids for this improvement.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage and approval.

FOLLOWS:
There is hereby appropriated out of the sevier bond
fund the sum of three hundred seventy one dollars, parable
to Louis Bruner, in payment for labor and material furni--'cI:e
ished by the said Louis Bruner in the construction of sewot-
.ers at the new fire st:-:tions, final settlement to be nade
upon con-oletion of said projects andtheir acceptance by the
Council.
