State Auditor, After said bonds shall have been so registered
the City Treasurer shall deliver the same to the purchasers thereof
in accordance with the terms of sale and award,and the proceeds
arising from the sale of said bonds shall. be used for the purpose
of taking up and redeeming, on March 1, 1935, the bonds then
called for redemption and as more fully hereinbnfore described.
Section 10. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage /// by the Council and approval by the
1'ayor.

3698 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF
ASHLEY STREET FROM THE WEST CURB LINE ON 10LBERRY STREET. �-
\VEST ALONG THE CENTER .LINE OF ASHLEY STREET,30,0 FEET.
BE IT ' ORDA I TED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEPFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS$
Section 1. That the grade line of the roadway
of Ashley Street from the west curb line on Mulberry Streeter
west along the center line of Ashley Street 350 feet be and is .
hereby established as foll:ows&Beginning at the west curb lane
of Mulberry Street, where the elevation of the grade is, 143.40
thence on a uniform grade, 150 feet where the elevation of -the
grade shall be, 150.36; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where
the °elevation of the gr.-de shall be, 152.30; thence 50 feet on
a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be,155.10
thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the
grade shLtll be 156.00.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
contrary,to in conflict or inconsistent with the provisions of
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
