A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
• OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE
NOMINATION OF A CANDIDATE TO BE CONSIDERED BY
THE TARRANT APPRAISAL DISTRICT BOARD OF
DIRECTORS TO FILL A VACANCY ON THE BOARD.
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Board of Directors of the Tarrant Appraisal District;
and,
WHEREAS, the deadline to submit nominations to the Chief Appraiser of the Tarrant
Appraisal District is August 9, 2002; and,
WHEREAS, all eligible nominations submitted to the Chief Appraiser shall be presented to
the Tarrant Appraisal District Board of Directors for consideration of electing by a majority vote
of its' members one of the nominees to fill the vacancy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Richland Hills, Texas, does hereby nominate
the following individual to be considered for election to the vacancy by the Board of Directors of
• the Tarrant Appraisal District:

Section 2. A copy of this resolution shall be provided to the Chief Appraiser of the
Tarrant Appraisal District by August 9, 2002.
PRESENTED, PASSED, AND APPROVED on this the 23rd day of July, 2002, by a
vote of 4 ayes, 0 nays, and 0 abstentions, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
