to be known as Section 8 , is inacted in lieu thereof, to read as fol-
lows$
Section 84 Before any licence shall be issued, the applicant
therefor, shall apply in writing to the City Clerk,giving the location
of the place of business, the names of all the parties in*erested in the
business to be operated under said licencepexcept in the case of a corpor-
ation, the name of the president, secretary and manager only need bo
. given, and shall execute and file with. the Oity Clerk a bond in the sum
of two thous..i.nd do1_lars ($2000) with good and sufficient sureties,
such bond to be approved by the Board of Liquor Control conditioned that
the person or persons obtaining such licence shall keep at all times
. an orderly house in conformity with this ordinance, and that he or they
will not sell, give away, or otherwise dispose of, or suffer the same
to be done, about his or their premises, any intoxicating liquor in
any quantity to any minor, or on Sunday to anyone, or to an habitual
drunkard, and conditioned that he or they will not violate any of the
provisions of this ordin.i.nce, and that he or they will pay all taxes
and licence fees provided for herin, together with all fines and pen-
alties which may be adjudged against him or them under the provisions of
this ordinance.
Section 2. Any person firm, association or corporation violating the
terms of Ordinance # 3616 as amended by this ordin,.!.nce shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished ad provided in said
.:!. Ordinance # 3616.
